We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. If you change your mind on any full price item purchased online, you can return it to any of our studios or via post within 14 days of receipt.
All returns/exchanges must meet the following return/exchange policy conditions:
• Item/s must be returned within 14 days of receipt
• Item/s must be in their original condition (i.e. are unworn and unwashed with all original labels/tags attached)
• Proof of purchase must be provided
• For hygiene reasons stockings will NOT be accepted for return/exchange once they have been removed from the sealed package. Only stockings with manufacturing faults will be accepted for exchange.
No refunds available for full price items.
Exchanges or credit notes are available for full price items only.
Credit notes are valid for 12 months and can only be used in the shop (either online or the studio shop); cannot be used on any studio fees (i.e. term, exam, or costume fees).
All sale items are final. No refunds, exchanges or credit will be issued for sale items.
A credit note for faulty sale items may be issued at the discretion of staff.
