Dorothy Cowie School of Dancing (“DC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) has been part of Sydney’s Inner West dance community since 1937. We operate studios in Croydon, Drummoyne and Burwood, and we take the privacy of our DC family — students, parents, guardians and website visitors — seriously.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information through our website, and how you can access, correct or ask questions about your information. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

As a dance school, we hold information about children and students. This information is generally provided to us by a parent or guardian through our enrolment and contact processes, and is used solely for the purposes of providing dance classes, managing enrolments, and ensuring student safety and wellbeing. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our website without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
